All of our cookies are custom made and we want to work with you to make what you want. Due to the nature of our cookies, we ask that you contact us to place an order. Send us an email or message us on social media to order.

We ask that all orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance (pretty cookies and cards take a long time to make!) If you need them sooner you can reach out to see if we have availability, but there will be an additional charge equivalent to 20% of your order.

All orders are a minimum of one dozen cookies and must be all one flavor. A standard dozen includes 3 or 4 different cookie designs.

Payments are required at the time of purchase and will not be confirmed until the payment has been made in full. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal; however, if you choose to pay through PayPal we pass the 3% processing fee to the buyer.

There are 3 ways that you can recieve your cookies.

Pick up- Orders can be picked up on the day that your order is due.

Delivery- Orders in Charlotte can be delivered with a $1.00 charge per mile in each direction.

Shipping- We ship our orders through USPS Priority Mail. The price for shipping will vary depending on the quantity and distance. There is a risk of having your cookies shipped as USPS does not guarantee delivery date or insure against breakage. Once the cookies have been shipped we can not protect against damage and you assume all risk. We are not able to replace or refund broken cookies, but you can file a claim directly with the shipper.

Most of our cookies are classic sugar cookies with royal icing. Chocolate sugar cookies, that taste like brownies, are also available for an additional $5.00 per dozen.

Cards are included at no additional charge for all orders of two dozen or more cookies. They can be purchased on their own or added to an order of a dozen cookies for $5.00.

If you choose to cancel your order we will refund you 50% of the order. You may cancel within 1 week of your schedueled due date and not be charged the remaining 50%. Any order that is cancelled with less than a one week notice will not be refunded.
